I had learned many things about the Enlightenment. I had learned many things about Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, Jean Jacques Rousseau, and Baron De Montesque. These 4 philosophers were in controlled as absolute monachy. I
had learned that Thomas Hobbes believed that man is naturally evil and selfish and he also believed that man needs to be controlled. I had also learned that John Locke had made the Inalienable rights which were the 3 Liberty Life and Property. John Locke had also written different books such as the Two Treaties of Government and an Essay Concerning Human Understanding. Another philosopher that I have learned about was Jean Jacques Rousseau. I had learned that Jean Jacques Rousseau had made the social contract and he believed that man in nature is good and Society corrupts man. Another person that I had also learn about was Baron De Montesque. Baron De Montasque had made the separation of power which were President to Congress then to Supreme Court. These 4 philosophers were really important for example, John lock was really important to the enlightenment because he drew heavily on his idea and he also did the founding fathers of the American revolution.
